My brother left Barcelona years ago and went to live up in the Pyrinees, in a really tiny village were, I think, live no more than 50 people. The sort-of-bigger village nearby his place is a strip of houses in a valley following a river (now there's a road too) with mountains behind, called Sort (wich means "luck" by the way). It's a *very* small place for someone from a city (when I say a strip I really mean a strip) but there's a lot of people around, and the mountains around are gorgeous.
the mountains are gorgeous, I love the colours. my parents live in a village with about the same number of people, so I'm always surprised I live in a large city now :)
ResponderEliminarI live in a big city too, so it feels so strange the not-people thing.
EliminarThe Pyrinees are absolutely gorgeous!
looks like such a relaxing town. beautiful pictures
ResponderEliminarIt is. Thank you!
Eliminarit reminds me a little of my home village on the Italian Alps! :-)
ResponderEliminarI love the third photograph especially!
hahaha, the light was wonderful! and the Ferrania Solaris has a something for strange blues.
EliminarI like escaping to tiny places like this but I could definitely not live here all year round.
ResponderEliminarI wouldn't either... but he's a snowboarding addict, so he *needs* snow and mountains ¿people? not so much XD
EliminarThat place looks beautiful. I love the last picture, the sky is so powerful.
ResponderEliminarI think your brother is brave, I always dream about packing and leaving all behind, but I'm afraid I wouldn't last for a second up there before I ran back to the noisy city.
Well, he loves snowboarding so I don't think it was a big sacrifice for him.
EliminarSometimes I would like it too... but big cities are *sooo* tempting with the amount of things to do.
Que fotos mas bonitas, especialmente la ultima. Feliz navidad guapa!
ResponderEliminarGracias! tuve mucha suerte pillando la luz de la última.
EliminarFeliz Navidad!
